The Institute of Psychology comprises three research units: The Educational Psychology Unit with a focus on teaching and learning processes (headed by Prof. Dr. Tim Kühl), the Developmental Psychology Unit with a focus on migration and acculturation (headed by Prof. Dr. Peter F.
